A STANDARD INSPECTION INCLUDES:

• Exterior examination of windows, gutters, doors, foundation and roof (from ground level).

• Interior examination of every room in the home including appliance and plumbing checks.

• Inspection data is recorded and communicated with the owner after each visit. If any problems are discovered, service repairs and/or maintenance will be scheduled, if requested.

Mountain HomeWatchers will be your eyes and ears while you are not occupying your
Show Low or Pinetop-Lakeside vacation home. We will monitor it as often or as little as you need,
document our findings and communicate with you after each visit so you will be constantly
up to date on the status of your mountain home.
